Salary:

The idealcandidate will be able to switch seamlessly between paralegal andlegal assistant roles, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, andorganize meetings. Draft correspondence, proofread legal documents,and prepare reports. Organize and maintain case files, clientrecords, and legal documents. Answer phones, respond to clientinquiries, and relay messages. Prepare and submit documents tocourts and other legal authorities. Prepare legal documents,including pleadings, motions, and notices. Assist with all areas ofdiscovery, including written requests and document production.

Assist with filing legal documents with state and federal courts.

Ensure adherence to court-mandated guidelines. Communicate withclients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to scheduleinterviews, meetings, and depositions. Maintain open and clearcommunication with clients and attorneys. Perform other duties asassigned by the supervising attorney or law firm manager.
