The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law and be proficient in various administrative tasks to support our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and client meetings by organizing case files and evidence. Conduct thorough document reviews and maintain accurate records of all case-related information. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Perform proofreading of legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws. Research tribal law regulations and other applicable laws related to personal injury cases. Utilize iManage for document management and organization of case files. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases. Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents with the court. Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and related regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department. Strong knowledge of personal injury law; familiarity with securities law or immigration law is a plus. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in document review processes and legal research techniques. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems is preferred.
