Remote, Contract-based Florida Estate Planning Paralegal Opportunity TFF Fort Lauderdale, FL Welcome to The Freelance Firm!

We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. We are now interviewing for a contract-based, Estate Planning/Probate Administration/Guardianship Paralegal for a dynamic Florida-based firm! Expected hours will be approximately 5-10 hours per week. Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong research and writing skills
• Trial experience, able to attend hearings and depositions
• Propounding and responding to initial discovery
• Well organized
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Prior MyCase experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Paralegal Compensation:
