⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Superman Paralegal (Fort Lauderdale) compensation: Competitive and based on experience – Base $25.00 an hour employment type: job title: Paralegal Florida law firm seeking a skilled and organized Paralegal for the areas of real estate, family law, and probate. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Looking for a superhero! We will train the right candidate, but you must show good grades and a college degree.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Prepare real estate closing documents and coordinate with title companies
- E-file documents with Florida courts (via ePortal)
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with discovery and trial preparation
- Perform legal research as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal (Florida preferred)
- Experience with real estate closings and probate filings is a strong plus
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- College degree with good grades required Principals only.
