Applicants must be able to handle a large caseload, communicate with clients on a daily basis, must have experience with DOAH, e-filing, drafting motions, discovery requests, schedule hearings, depositions, Pre-trial Stipulations, settlements, medical records requests, ability to handle new client interviews/intakes and reviews. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
