Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate law firm in Naples, Florida. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee real estate transactions while collaborating with attorneys, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential purchase, sale, and financing transactions from start to finish.
  • Review and interpret real estate contracts, title insurance, and property surveys.
  • Coordinate the real estate closing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, and external organizations to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Utilize real estate closing software, such as Qualia, to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Stay organized and focused under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet client and firm demands.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the firm.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, title insurance, surveys, and closing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including familiarity with Qualia or similar software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
