Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our fast-paced real estate law firm in Naples, Florida. This role involves managing critical aspects of real estate transactions, including residential purchases, sales, and financing processes. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work in collaboration with attorneys, clients, lenders, and external organizations. Responsibilities:
- Manage residential real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, and financing processes.
- Review and interpret contracts, title insurance documents, surveys, and closing paperwork.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and outside organizations to ensure seamless transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Provide superior customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize real estate closing software, such as Qualia, to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- Adapt to flexible work hours and occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate ownership and pride in work while proactively seeking opportunities to grow within the firm.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures during all stages of transactions. Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, title insurance, and closing processes.
- Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Qualia or similar software.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the firm.
- Comfortable working flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
