Job Description Are you a dynamic, tech-savvy professional with a passion for the legal field? What You’ll Do:

Efficiently manage calendars and schedules to keep our team on track
Handle E-Filing and E-Recording with precision
Edit and format legal documents to ensure they meet our high standards
Assist with time entry to keep our operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
