Experienced Paralegal – Litigation / Professional Liability / Casualty / Defense – Jacksonville, FL 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL • Hybrid work The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a large civil defense litigation firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal for its Jacksonville, FL office with Litigation / Professional Liability / Casualty experience. Litigation includes defense of architects, engineers, owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and design professionals. The team represents businesses and professionals in construction, insurance, contract, licensure, and liability claims. Communication of issues with experts and investigation and analysis of expert qualifications and experience, including prior transcripts, testimony and articles. Perform additional duties as required

Job Requirements:
At least 3 – 5 years of Litigation/Professional Liability experience. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree.
