We have learned that a client’s needs are best served by using a team approach towards legal services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Attention to detail; Legal research and investigation skills; Ability to make decisions and conduct followup; Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to prioritize workload and assignments.

Education/Experience:

MUST have 2-3 years of recent significant and substantive experience as a paralegal/legal assistant with Probate- as it is the bulk of the firms caseload. Experience drafting, cite-checking, and correcting legal pleadings. Proficiency with word processing, editing documents, and spreadsheet software. Must be highly skilled in writing correspondance, emails, and proposals. Must be empathetic to clients, but assertive & proactive when issues arrise. Must be a self-starter, not simply wait to be given instructions.

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
