Role Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for attorneys and advisors
Handle e-filing and e-recording across multiple jurisdictions
Format, style, and edit legal documents with precision and professionalism
Assist with time entry and billing coordination
Serve as a communication hub between attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years of law firm experience, with a strong preference for litigation support; construction litigation experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with legal tech platforms
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-demand environment
A positive, punctual, and professional demeanor
