Responsibilities:
Help attorneys prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions Help draft subpoenas and pleadings Assist in case analysis and meet deadlines Experience with Federal and State E-filing Summarize medical/billing records and depositions Manage cases from start to finish
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Insurance Defense litigation experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Excellent organization, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision Highly motivated Aderant Billing Software (optional)
