Bankruptcy Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This position requires versatility and experience across multiple areas of law, including, but not limited to, criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide paralegal support across criminal, family, bankruptcy, and civil litigation matters and more Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Assist attorneys in case preparation for trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions File documents with the court electronically and in person as required Conduct legal research and summarize findings Maintain case files and manage case management software Schedule and coordinate client meetings, court appearances, and expert witness appointments Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally and effectively

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a multi-practice setting Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Familiarity with federal and state court procedures and filing systems Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, LexisNexis, etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus Notary Public certification preferred
