QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or its equivalent. Paralegal certification or college degree preferred. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a great attitude in a team setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Paralegal or legal assistant experience required, certification preferred.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Performs a variety of paralegal services under the direction of assigned attorneys to include, conducting pretrial litigation discovery, preparing third party subpoenas, preparing interview summaries, reviewing files, calendar events, and obtaining documents as indicated. Analyzes and compiles information into appropriate format. Compiles and summarizes medical documents. Drafts legal documents. Organizes and maintains complex, multi-volume files. Ability to capture billable hours.
