We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trust EstatePlanning Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. This positionoffers a unique opportunity to engage in a challenging andrewarding role, working closely with our team of attorneys toprovide comprehensive estate planning services to our clients. Thesuccessful candidate will have a strong background in trusts andestates, estate planning, living wills, powers of attorney, dynastytrusts, life insurance planning, and asset planning.

Responsibilities:

As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will beresponsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limitedto: 1. Assisting attorneys with drafting and reviewing estateplanning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney,and health care directives. 2. Conducting legal research andgathering relevant information to assist attorneys. 3. Preparinglegal documents such as deeds, affidavits, and estate tax returns.4. Coordinating with clients, financial advisors, and other partiesto gather necessary information and documents. 5. Maintainingclient files, including tracking deadlines and ensuring alldocuments are properly filed and organized. 6. Assisting with theadministration of trusts and estates, including the preparation ofprobate documents and estate tax returns. 7. Providing generaladministrative support to the estate planning team, includingscheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintainingclient records.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the EstatePlanning Paralegal position will have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an estate planningparalegal. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, trusts,and estates. 3. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing estateplanning documents, including living wills and powers of attorney.4. Experience with dynasty trusts, life insurance planning, andasset planning. 5. Strong research and analytical skills, with theability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, conciseadvice. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, witha strong attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently,manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment. 8. Proficiency in legal research tools and MicrosoftOffice Suite. 9. Paralegal Certificate from an accreditedinstitution.
