Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 1711 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33606 The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.

Job Duties:

Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as needed. Prepare cases for trial and attend with attorneys throughout the trial. Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties. Managing, drafting, and reviewing discovery responses timely and efficient. Preparation of other Pleadings, Motions, Complaints, and Orders, under the supervision of attorneys, as needed. Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents including Requests for Copies and non-party logs. Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff. Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels. Draft and review Civil Remedies Notices. Contact clients, judges, and opposing counsel.

Benefits:

$65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year. Plus, potential for monthly bonuses. 1 week paid vacation after 6 months. 2 weeks paid vacation after one year. 3 weeks of paid vacation after two years. 6 paid personal/sick days per year. $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm. Qualifications:

Two or more years experience as a Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). Experience in preparation of cases for trial. Attending Trial with attorneys and assisting throughout the trial. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
