The ideal candidate should have a solid litigation background andbe able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be aself-starter, and be detail-oriented. The candidate will beresponsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigationmatters.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 5

years of civil litigationexperience Organizing case loads and trial prep Draft discovery anddiscovery responses Solid written and oral communication skillsGreat time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to e-fileboth federal and state Ability to act independently with minimalsupervision Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
