Litigation Paralegal Position Available In Leon, Florida

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our Business Litigation team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain electronic files, update document indexes, and ensure case materials are current and accessible Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including subpoenas, motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Conduct legal research on case dockets, statutes, regulations, and background information Track deadlines, assist with discovery coordination, and gather information from clients and witnesses Communicate with clients under the direction of senior paralegals and attorneys Assist with preparation of exhibits, trial/arbitration binders, and other litigation support materials Upload, search, and produce documents using eDiscovery platforms (experience with Relativity is a plus) Support senior paralegals and attorneys with a variety of litigation-related projects

Qualifications:

3-5 years of litigation defense paralegal experience Familiarity with document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments etc.) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment Billable hour requirement Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
