Leading firm with healthy culture seeking an experienced paralegal! The paralegal for this role will be to handle; medical malpractice, e-filing with both State and Federal Court, preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, drafting legal documents such as subpoenas for medical records and pleadings…Insurance background is a plus! They are looking for a minimum of 3 years experience. The firm requires full criminal background and pays $53k•65k+ based on experience.
