What You’ll Do:

As a paralegal supporting both business transactions and litigation, you’ll gain broad exposure to a variety of legal matters while making a meaningful impact for our clients.

Business Transactions:

• Draft and review business contracts and agreements
• Create new corporate entities and manage annual state filings
• Support attorneys with project coordination and workflow management
• Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems

Litigation Support:

• Navigate Florida state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems
• Draft discovery documents, pleadings, and case materials
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and legal professionals
• Prepare exhibits and demonstratives, assist with investigations and trial preparation
• Confidently adapt to new case types and practice areas

Who We’re Looking For:

A motivated and detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in transactional and litigation support.

Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate
• 3-5 years of experience in both business transactions and litigation
• Familiarity with Florida and federal court procedures and filing systems
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
• Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office, and AI tools
• Ability to manage deadlines, clients, and multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
