Job Description
Commercial Litigation Paralegal 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33131 Boutique Law is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join their legal team. •Duties• Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions. Manage legal case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Review documents for relevance and accuracy as part of the discovery process. Organize case materials and prepare exhibits for court proceedings. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards. •Qualifications• Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment. Proficiency in document review processes and legal case management software. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A degree or certification in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
