Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Mishorim Gold Aventura, FL We are a Commercial property management firm specializing in shopping centers. We prioritize exceptional service and thrive on creating vibrant commercial spaces.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and analyzing lease agreements, legal documents, and contracts related to our shopping center properties.

Responsibilities:

Assess and prepare contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents. Review financing options, lending requirements, title affidavits, and bankruptcy claims. Facilitate communication between property owners, landlords, clients, and lawyers. Conduct research and distribute real estate documents. Analyze title documents and legal descriptions of property. Document processes and maintain hard copy files and electronic records. Submit accurate legal documents in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

Review and analyze lease agreements, amendments, and related documents for accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements, ensuring terms are in line with company policies and objectives. Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to property management, including landlord-tenant laws, zoning regulations, and property rights. Maintain organized records of all lease agreements, correspondence, and legal documents. Collaborate with internal teams, including property managers and leasing agents, to address legal issues and provide guidance as needed. Prepare and distribute legal notices and communications to tenants as required. Support the legal department with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. 2 years of paralegal experience real estate. Proficient in legal document review and analysis. Strong research and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools. to contribute remotely to the success of our shopping centers in a supportive environment.
