Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Hybrid
Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm that is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal for its real estate team. Law firm provides full benefits and the ability to work on sophisticated commercial deals. This paralegal can work 4 days in office/ 1 day from home.
Responsibilities and required experience include:
Ability to handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish
Handle per-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirements
Handle post-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policies
Assist with the preparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorney
Record closing documents via Simplifile platform
Ability to handle TRID loan closings from start to finish

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
- Proficiency with Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and Simplifile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with legal teams and clients.
