Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting corporate transactions, managing legal operations, and assisting attorneys with various tasks while handling multiple priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence, preparing documents, and tracking post-closing activities. Draft, review, and organize legal documents, while coordinating with attorneys and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage legal operations tasks, such as invoice processing, eBilling administration, and process enhancements, in collaboration with finance and legal teams. Perform legal research, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and support ad hoc projects to maintain efficient department operations.
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; professional paralegal certification preferred. 3-5 years of paralegal experience, ideally from both law firm and in-house settings. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in legal research tools, with experience in financial services a plus.
