This full-time, in-person role requires a meticulous, highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills. You will handle diverse tasks related to corporate transactions, contract support, and legal department operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties Support M&A activities, including due diligence, signing, closing, and post-closing tracking. Draft, review, and manage legal documents in collaboration with attorneys. Triage inbound legal requests and provide guidance. Manage legal accruals with outside counsel and finance teams. Administer the legal team’s eBilling platform (invoice review, matter setup, vendor support). Conduct legal research and summarize documents for attorneys. Support legal operations, including playbook updates and process improvements. Manage department mail (sort, distribute, and ensure timely outgoing mail). Assist with legal projects and ad hoc duties as needed. Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree. Professional paralegal certification. 3-5 years of paralegal experience, ideally split between law firm and in-house roles. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Proficient in legal research tools and software. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration. Experience in financial services is a plus.
