Responsibilities Conduct title and survey reviews, prepare title objection letters, lease reviews, municipal lien searches Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. Support attorneys in navigating all phases, from contract negotiation to post-closing matters. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Skills 10-15 years of Commercial Real estate paralegal experience is required. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
