Robert Half is partnering with a global private equity firm on a confidential search for a Corporate Paralegal to join its growing legal team in its Miami headquarters. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and coordinate legal entity formation documents and corporate filings Maintain and update legal entity databases and governance records Collaborate with tax and treasury teams on bank account setup and tax elections Manage closing documentation and liaise with external counsel and service providers Enhance and maintain legal templates, entity checklists, and SharePoint systems Support FERC-related filings for global asset transactions

Qualifications:

3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in private equity, fund formation, or complex corporate transactions Background in a mid-to-large law firm or in-house legal department strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Familiarity with SEC filings (Form ADV, 10-K/Q, Section 16) is a plus
