Job Description
A highly regarded global investment management firm is seeking a paralegal to join their team in Miami. Key Responsibilities This role with focus on supporting Legal team on tech solutions, organizational trackers and corporate funding documents. Assist global Legal team (based in London, Miami and Singapore) with all elements of legal responsibilities Assist with early-stage transactional documents, including NDAs, engagement letters, consultancy agreements, offer letters, funding documents, release and reliance letters (and coordination with outside counsel on the same) Work with compliance and corporate secretarial function on entity incorporations, company register maintenance, funding pushdowns and associated corporate documentation Organization and saving of legal documentation in the SharePoint documentation management system Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Foreign law degree a plus 5-7 years relevant experience Legal experience of a transactional nature Highly organized and detail-oriented Flexible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Adept with Windows software applications, particularly SharePoint, and able to learn new software applications quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills
