Investigate and gather the facts of a case; Research laws, regulations, and legal articles that are relevant to a case; Provide interpretation services during meetings with non-English speaking clients or when reviewing foreign language legal documents; Gather, organize, and maintain legal documents, including the translation of legal material from and into English as required; Translate correspondence and legal documents to ensure clear understanding and accurate record-keeping; Liaise with clients, witnesses, and lawyers to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions, offering support for non-English speakers; Help lawyers by managing legal documents, providing real-time interpretation as needed; File exhibits, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents with the appropriate court, government agency, or opposing counsel; Call clients, witnesses, lawyers, and others to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a major related to Law, Interpretation/Translation, or English, along with experience in these fields, OR Bachelor’s degree in a major related to Law, Interpretation/Translation, or English, along with training in related fields.
