English and Spanish a must. Customer service skills important. Prior criminal law practice experience is a plus, but I will train the right mature detail-oriented person. This person will answer telephones, make client appointments, and calendar cases for court hearings. I will teach the person how to prepare basic legal notices and motions. This person will also handle processing of our advertising mailer, editing a master list in excel, and preparing the outbound mail. Full time, Monday through Friday, no weekends.
