The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years ofexperience in community association and condominium law.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to two lawyersspecializing in condo/HOA transactions. Manage calendars andscheduling for attorneys. Draft letters, meeting packages,amendments, and agreements. Interact with potential and existingclients as required. Process attorney expense reports. Registerattorney’s CLE credits with the Florida Bar. Maintain organizedfiles and document management systems (PerfectLaw DMS). Ensureknowledge of state and federal court procedures.

Skills andQualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a legalassistant, with a focus on condo/HOA transactional law. Excellentverbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meetdeadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercisediscretion and good judgment.
