Fluent in Englsih and Spanish Able to work closely with the Attorney Litigation scheduling assistant Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel Scheduling of mediation and depositions Sending and tracking letters to clients Organizing notices and letters for depositions and/or mediations Calling clients to confirm appointments Compose letters, pleadings, motions Filing motions for extension of time if required Other duties as assigned Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
