Legal Assistant/Legal Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled bilingual in English and Spanish Legal Assistant/Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Coconut Grove, Florida, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with some knowledge in real estate and office administration who can provide support during a two-week period in June. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage case-related documents efficiently using case management software.
  • Maintain accurate calendars to ensure deadlines and appointments are met.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Support real estate closing processes by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
  • Handle phone operations, including managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations during the contract period.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Review and process paperwork related to real estate transactions.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal assistant role or related office administration.
  • Proficiency in case management software and document drafting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and deadlines.
  • Experience in real estate closing processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with phone operations and general office procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
