Legal Assistant/Paralegal 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars South Miami, FL A boutique law firm in Miami seeks a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal to jon their team. This is an in office role and firm is located in South Miami. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Work with lawyers to prepare for trial, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of a lawyer Take care of administrative tasks such as e-fiing, calendaring and scheduling Transcibing attorney dictation

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or family law litigation Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills Bilingual, preferred but not required Typing skills Firm offers free parking, benefits, PTO, 401K and more!
