We are a boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice and are looking for a qualified, reliable and experienced paralegal/legal assistant to work with one of the firm’s partners. 5 years minimum experience. Bilingual a PLUS. This is not a remote position. You will assist him in the daily activities which includes the following:
Request and obtain medical records;Prepare correspondence;Prepare and eFile pleadings in state and federal courts;Coordinate depositions, mediations, meetings, etc.;Organize and maintain file;Maintain attorney’s calendar;Communicate with clients via phone, email and Zoom;Answer and screen incoming calls; and
