part-time position. Flexibility in days worked and hours worked possible. You would work for one attorney only who practices in the area of Family Law and is also a Family Law Mediator. The applicant should have at least one year experience working in a law firm preferably in the area of Family Law or litigation; be proficient in Word; be knowledgeable with the Zoom platform; be tech savvy, and be familiar with e-filing documents and setting hearings on-line. You must be organized and be able to work well without daily supervision. Job duties include answering the phone; making appointments; scheduling hearings, trials, mediations and depositions; filing; typing of letters, motions and pleadings (drafted by the attorney); organizing client documents for production; inputting financial affidavits into Divorce Power Analyzer (DPA) software; and billing on CLIO software. Candidate must be fluent in English. Spanish speaking preferred but not required. Compensation depends on experience. Willing to train on DPA and CLIO software. Thank you.
