Must have good communication skills and be well-versed in documentation and reporting. This role requires that you have experience taking initiative on litigation matters, experience prepping for trials, and providing support in every phase of litigation. Responsibilities Assist with case management Summation and Trial Director preferred Prepare discovery requests and responses Capture billing assignments Pre-trial investigations, and trial preparation, including assistance with the preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial Coordinate CME/IME, billing Ability to summarize medical records Have strong practical experience with cloud-based platforms for case management, document management, calendars, e-mail, billing, and word processing Flexibility to work overtime when necessary for trial Qualifications 5+ years as Litigation Paralegal Associates degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate (preferred) Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
