We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation by managing case files, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research to ensure a smooth litigation process. Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Manage and organize case files, including electronic and paper documents
Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation
Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation
Review and summarize depositions, interrogatories, and other legal documents
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings with the court
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification
2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology
Proficient in drafting pleadings and motions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
