Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cases from intake through lawsuit filing. Manage discovery, exhibits, and prepare legal documents for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Coordinate and maintain regular client medical appointments with orthopedic or specialized physicians. Maintain and update damages and medical bills within case management software. Gather, organize, and order medical records and bills, following up diligently until completion. Ensure all medical documentation is organized chronologically and by provider. Make monthly courtesy calls to update clients on case status and address questions. Collaborate professionally with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and administrative staff.

Qualifications:
Bilingual:

Fluent in both English and Spanish. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury law. Excellent client service, organizational, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Professional demeanor and a client-first mindset. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

What You Can Expect:

Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience).

Monday through Friday schedule:
