Job Description

Litigation Paralegal- Miami 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL LHH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Complex Commercial Litigation Paralegal on behalf of our client in the Miami area. They are a leading law firm specializing in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a thorough understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to manage complex litigation cases efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, from inception through trial Oversee and manage Complex Commercial Litigation cases from start to finish Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement effective litigation strategies Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, including witness preparation and exhibits Maintain and update case management databases Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Handle electronic filings and maintain compliance with court rules and procedures Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of experience Extensive experience in Complex Commercial Litigation, preferably in a big law environment Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details:
