We are now seeking a skilled and organized Bilingual Paralegal to join our growing in-house legal team. Position Summary The Paralegal will work directly with our legal counsel and compliance team to support legal operations, manage documentation, assist with regulatory matters, and help mitigate risk across our company. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our legal department, with a strong focus on healthcare-related matters. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and internal policies Support in-house attorneys with legal research and case preparation Maintain and manage case files, legal databases, and document retention systems Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting Coordinate with external counsel when needed Support litigation preparation, including organizing exhibits and discovery materials Liaise with internal departments to ensure legal and regulatory standards are met Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive company information Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program Fluent in Spanish and English (Required) 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare, corporate, or litigation law Strong knowledge of legal terminology and documentation practices Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficient with legal management software (experience with Clio is a plus) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional looking to join an industry leader, we encourage you to apply today.
