Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in Miami to find a detail-oriented Paralegal to join their collaborative team. This non-billable, transactional role offers a competitive salary of up to $80,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a flexible 9-5 schedule. The role is ideal for a highly organized, fast-paced individual interested in trademark and IP work. his is a family-like environment with attorneys who value stability and longevity, many team members have been with the firm for years. Litigation paralegals seeking a transition to transactional work are encouraged to apply and will be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage trademark applications, assignments, licenses, and franchise documents + Maintain and track docketing for trademark portfolios + Prepare client status updates and coordinate closely with attorneys + Organize large volumes of case files in a fast-paced, transactional environment Apply in confidence to: Deb Montero on LinkedIn. Requirements

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting, preferably in intellectual property
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
