Paralegal 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33131 Paralegal Paralegal Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our legal team in civil litigation matters. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, and will be responsible for managing case files and documentation effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in the preparation of motions and pleadings Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information Draft and organize legal documents and correspondence File documents with courts and manage case filings Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases Manage and update case management systems and databases Qualifications Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal, preferably in civil litigation Strong knowledge of legal terminology and civil litigation processes Proficiency in calendaring and docketing systems Experience with case management software, preferably Clio Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Benefits Health / Dental / Vision Life / Disability Insurance 401k Performance bonuses Remote options PTO Paid holidays For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
