What You’ll Do:

As an integral part of our Foreclosure team, you will: Manage attorneys’ schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. Act as a key point of contact by receiving and screening calls for partners, facilitating communication with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals. Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath. E-File documents via E-Portal and E-Service to opposing counsel efficiently and accurately. Track and manage documents produced in response to requests from agencies. Draft essential legal documents, including correspondences, form pleadings, basic motions, and notices. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the unit. Keep client systems (BKFS/Tempo) up-to-date, ensuring all active matters reflect a current status within a 30-day timeframe.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a candidate who is:

Experienced:

At least 3 years of relevant foreclosure or bankruptcy experience, with a solid understanding of legal proceedings.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in MS Office Suite is a must; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.

Collaborative:
