North Miami:

Strong customer service skills Proficient at all Microsoft platforms Highly motivated and energetic attitude MUST speak, understand, and write Haitian-Creole Bachelor’s degree (an associate degree plus at least 2 years of immigration or probate law experience may be considered) At least 1 year of law firm experience (required) Employee is expected to work physically at our North Miami Office. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and case management for immigration and/or probate law cases. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist the attorney in preparing for hearings and trials, including document organization. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries in both English, Haitian Creole, and French. Maintain and manage case files and documentation in accordance with office procedures. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

$24.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
