Personal Injury Paralegal 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33131 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with case management, document preparation, and client communication. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of personal injury law, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct thorough document reviews and maintain organized case files. Transcribe legal correspondence and prepare summaries of depositions or witness statements. Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings and compliance with court requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases. Perform legal research related to personal injury claims and applicable laws. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Experience Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with personal injury law, workers compensation law, environmental law, and securities law is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
