About the

Role:

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys with estate planning and probate matters, ensuring every detail is executed with precision, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Oversee probate administration: prepare court filings, manage case files, and coordinate with clients and outside professionals Conduct legal research and ensure all documentation complies with Florida probate and estate laws Maintain active communication with clients, financial advisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow Manage calendars, monitor key deadlines, and schedule client conferences with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law Strong working knowledge of probate administration and estate processes Proficient in legal document preparation and court filing procedures Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy; familiarity with legal practice management software is a plus
