Real Estate Paralegal 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Aventura, FL 33180 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including Tribal law regulations, Securities law, and Immigration law. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing high-quality support to our attorneys in litigation and administrative functions. Duties Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by organizing case files and conducting legal research. Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage document review processes using iManage or similar document management systems. Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as required. Maintain organized case files and assist in the preparation of discovery materials. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact ongoing cases or client interests. Experience Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment is preferred. Familiarity with Tribal law regulations is highly desirable. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in document management systems like iManage. Excellent proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of Securities law and Immigration law is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
