Real Estate Paralegal Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman 2800 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, FL 33134 Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Paralegal to join our team! In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our real estate legal operations—supporting attorneys, clients, and other team members with a positive, can-do attitude. Responsibilities Assist with residential and/or commercial real estate closings Prepare, review, and organize closing documents Order and review title commitments, surveys, and lien searches Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and title agents Draft and file legal documents such as deeds, affidavits, and releases Ensure all documents are accurate and deadlines are met Help coordinate closing schedules and post-closing matters Maintain electronic and physical files in an orderly and accessible fashion Skills Prior experience as a real estate paralegal (residential or commercial) Familiarity with title work and closing procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using closing software and legal document tools
