We’re Hiring:

Estate Planning Legal Assistant / Paralegal Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping families plan for their future with clarity and confidence? Our estate planning law firm is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our attorneys with estate planning, particularly in preparing documents, recording deeds, managing client files, and helping coordinate educational events and seminars.

Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Fridays:

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Some evening hours required for seminars)

Key Responsibilities:

Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.) Prepare and record deeds with appropriate counties Open and close client files according to firm procedures Maintain organized digital and physical case files Set up, prepare materials for, and attend firm-hosted seminars and events (some evenings required) Coordinate and manage attorney schedules, meetings, and follow-ups Provide professional and timely communication with clients and external parties Assist with notarizations and document execution

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of office experience required (law firm or estate planning preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to grow Why Join Us?
